New Year’s Eve Trial – The Dick Hoyles

Waltham Chase are holding their annual Dick Hoyles Charity Shield Trial on Saturday the 31^st December at Hut Hill, with a stat time of 10.00. 

This trial is “open” all, with club and ACU membership being available on the day for non-members.

Finish time is 3.00pm, with the gates closed by 3.30 to make sure you to get away to party in good time.

Sam’s Catering van will be on site serving hot food and drinks.

We do need ten volunteer Observers for this Trial, so offers to help in advance are appreciated.

We pay £20.00 expenses to Observers for this event.

Waltham Chase Trials MCC – Quiz Evening

Waltham Chase are hosting a Quiz Evening at the Ship Inn, Redbridge on Friday the 20^th January.

If you are serious about “Quizzing” this may not be for you, but if you fancy a fun night out with a drink, a laugh and some pub grub you just might enjoy it.

Doors open at 7.00 pm with the quiz starting at 7.30.

The cost per guest is £7.00, which includes a basket meal of ¼ roast chicken, Cumberland sausage, scampi, vegetable samosa, veggie burger or cod fillet served with chips and salad garnish.

You can book your tickets, confirming your menu option, at either of the two remaining 2016 Trials or reserve places by email: walthamchasetrials@outlook.com

Places are limited to just 40 guests so do book early to avoid disappointment!

As always, donated raffle prizes are appreciated.

Awards Presentation

A reminder that the 2017 Awards Presentation is being held on Saturday the 11^th February at the Roddington Forge Music Club.

Entry is by way of numbered tickets which you can purchase at any upcoming Trial or by emailing Sue at walthamchasetrials@outlook.com

Award winners are being notified under separate cover.

2017 Competition Licences

We have 2017 ACU code numbers to enable you to obtain a 2017 Competition Licence.

To obtain your number, download a Club membership form from this website or pick one up at any trial, complete and post as per instructions on the form.

We will send to you a 2017 membership card which will show your 2017 unique code on the reverse side.

You then need to log on to the ACU website (ON-LINE LICENCING) and order your licence.

When you log in to the ACU site click the tab MY LICENCE to get to the correct page.

We can also issue the codes at the Club Trial on Sunday the 11^th December.

Leave your Membership Application with Mo or Sue when you sign on and collect your 2017 “Membership card” at the end of the Trial.
