Easy Trial – Saturday 24th August.
Directions
From Alderbury take the Grimstead Rd, at the first fork in the road bear right and start to slow down, the entrance to Oakridge Copse is a sharp turn to the right.
Post Code SP5 3RQ gets you close and then look out for the orange arrows.
Give yourself plenty of time to get there – Bank Holiday people are all over the place!
There is plenty of parking on the left and right as you go through the gate of the copse but do look out for tree stumps.
Gates are open from 12.30 with the trial starting at 2.00pm.
The sections close at 5.00pm and the gates will be closed at 6.00pm.
Bring a picnic, the woods are looking good for a family afternoon out.
10 sections, 3 laps of long wide sections.
C, D and E routes are the “Easy Trial”, with a challenging B route for those who “Don’t do Easy”.
We may be short of observers, so please do not mark your self – wait and mark the rider behind you. Or better still – bring an Observer!
We could do with some rain overnight to liven up “Deans Ditch” but if there is no rain we will have to contend with a dry trial.
We are very lucky to have a likeminded landowner to let us use the Copse – come along and enjoy the afternoon
