The next Waltham Chase Trial, round 8 of the Club Championship,The Turkey and Tinsel Trial, is being held on Sunday, the 11th December, at Hut Hill.

The start time is 10.00am, with the sections closing by 3.00pm, due to the shorter days.

There are prizes at this event for the best riders, observers and in fact anyone who turns out in Seasonable Fancy Dress.

Sam’s catering van will be on site serving breakfasts, lunches and hot drinks.

 

Annual Awards.

It’s that time again: If you are the current holder of a Waltham Chase Annual Award can you please return it for re-engraving at any of our December trials in preparation for the Awards Presentation being held on February the 11th.

The 2017 Waltham Chase Calendar is almost complete - we are juggling a few dates with local clubs to avoid date clashes.

2017 Competition Licences

We now have the 2017 ACU code numbers available to enable you to obtain a 2017 Competion Licence.

To obtain your number, download a Club membership form from this website or pick one up at any trial, complete and post as per instructions on the form.

We will send to you a 2017 membership card which will show your 2017 unique code on the reverse side. You then need to log on to the ACU website (ON-LINE LICENCING) and order your licence.

When you log in to the ACU site click the tab MY LICENCE to get to the correct page.

Awards Presentation 

Advance notice:

The 2017 Awards Presentation is being held on Saturday the 11th February at the Roddington Forge Music Club. Tickets are priced at £7.00 per person, which includes a buffet and live entertainment from the local band “Colossus”.

 

This is a great night out whether you have an award to collect or not. Look out for the booking form on the Club website in the Social section of Rules and Info., and book our tickets ASAP. ( Or collect at any Trial)

 

Rule TSR22A – Stop Permitted

At the AGM it was agreed that all future events would be run under rule TSR22A – stop permitted.  The non-stop rules (TSR22B) have caused too many issues with interpretation by both riders and observers.
