Trials Camping “Long Weekend” with two Trials, Family Entertainment, BBQ and Live entertainment.
Waltham Chase MCC will be holding a five day camping break, suitable for Tents, Campervans, Motorhomes and Caravans at Cadnam near Southampton from Wednesday 31st July through to Sunday 4th August.

Pitches, which must be pre-booked, are available from Wednesday 31st July through to Sunday 4th August – a maximum of five nights.
A Waltham Chase Summer Series Trial is being held on the Saturday with a round of the Club Championship being held on the Sunday.
The Trial start time is 11.00 am on both days
Debs Food Truck will be on site on Saturday and Sunday serving breakfasts and refreshments throughout the day.
On the Saturday evening there will be an organised “Hog Roast” with the usual extras or a “Hot Dog” option, with a complimentary drink served in “The Barn”, with Bingo and Live Entertainment from the local band Random Cow.
(The roasting will take place in an adjoining area not in the barn)
The charge for camping on the Saturday, which includes the BBQ is £15.00 per person (Under 12’s free).
The charge for camping on additional nights is £12.00 per pitch.
Day riders and all Club members, who are not camping, are very welcome to join us for the activities and evening BBQ and entertainment from 3.30pm (After the Trial) at a charge of £10.00 per person
Club Members are welcome to camp without entering a Trial, or for those just wishing to ride there is no requirement to camp.

The Campsite and Barn have flush toilets. There are no showers.
There will be a “Charge Point” for “E” bike riders.
Being within the National Park there are some rules we have to comply with:
6 meter unit spacing, Dogs on leads, No open fires, BBQs off the ground, No generators before 10.00am or after 4.00pm and “Quiet Time” is after 11.00pm.
Note: As the catering is being provided by a third party all bookings must be received no later than Saturday 27th July.
