Club Membership Renewals – It’s that time again!
The good news there are no increases for 2025.
To renew your Waltham Chase MCC Club membership go to the link: https://acu.sport80.com/public/wizard/a/1534 and then click on to the CURRENT tab.
There are other options, however this link seems to be the simplest route.
Note: Several members have opted for Auto Renewal. Check out your ACU profile to confirm.
You may find that Waltham Chase is not showing as an available Club to join – This will be because you are already an auto renew member.
To enter any of the 2025 events listed below you will need 2025 Club Membership and ACU Trials Registration.

The Dick Hoyles Shield
The entry for the “Dick Hoyles”, being held at Hut Hill on New Years Eve is open via the Sport80 link: https://acu.sport80.com/public/wizard/e/204310
The usual stuff about the Catering Van being sorted, Observers required, entry capped at 80 etc will be published in December.
However, for this Trial the main entry will close on the morning of the 23rd December to enable the score sheets and programme to be printed before the Christmas shutdown.
If you enter after the 23rd, subject to places being available, you will be issued with a Rider Number on the day.
Round 1 of the 2025 Club Championship
Here we go again! No sooner is 2024 put to bed we start the next Championship Series.
Round 1 of the 2025 Club Championship is being held at Hut Hill on Sunday 19th January with a start time of 10.00am.

2025 Club Practice Days

Our first 2025 Practice Day is being held on Saturday 25th January at Hut Hill. The entry will be live on Sport80 in a couple of weeks, with the Sport80 entry link.
More dates at Hut Hill and Oakridge will be added throughout 2025.
A reminder that to enter you will need Club Membership and ACU 2025 Trials Registration.
Awards Presentation
Tickets for the presentation being held on 15th February will be available on Sport80 in the next week or so. Full details and the entry link will be uploaded ASAP.
