Cadnam Camping Weekend

It will soon be time for our first visit to Cando for our first “Two Trial Camping Weekend” of 2025. This is the “do your own thing” weekend with no organised BBQ or entertainment.

There are toilets on site, but no showers.

Tents, Campervans, Caravans are all very welcome and will be well spaced with at least 6 meters between units. Having seen a campsite fire this week you understand why!

The cost per pitch is £10.00 per night, and in line with our camping permit restrictions all camping must be booked and paid for in advance no later than May 25th.

Pitch bookings are now open on Sport80 via the link: https://acu.sport80.com/public/wizard/e/205187

The two Trials being held at Cadnam are Round 1 of the Summer Series and Round 5 of the Club Championship.

Day riders are very welcome, with both Trials starting at 11.00am, giving the campers time to have a leisurely “Debs Big Breakfast” and take a trip or two to the Bottle Bank.

If you are riding on both days, there is an “Early Bird Discount” of 20% for all members entering both Trials before May 1st.

When you check out use the Code CADNOTWO.

Trial GP

Final Call – We have only had very limited interest so far. We will take the final call at the Club Committee Meeting being held next Wednesday.

Please confirm ASAP if you are interested.

The Original post:

We are looking at the possibility of hiring a coach on Sunday 7th September for aa visit to Trial GP at, Boughton House, Near Kettering.

To make it viable we would need a minimum of 40 passengers. (a 53-seat luxury coach would be used) The price per adult for the coach would be no more than £20.00 and for the youth members £10.00, depending on the number of bums on seats. You would need to purchase entry tickets in advance from the venue.

Visit https://www.trialgp.uk/ for full details and ticketing options.

There would be one local pick-up point in the Romsey or Chandlers Ford area.

Please reply to this email if you are interested.
